Major Price Reduction – Balkan I – 29m Cantieri di Pisa Motor Yacht

We are pleased to inform you that the asking price of our Central Agency 29 m motor yacht “BALKAN I” reduced to 1.800.000 Euros (down from 2.200.000 Euros).

“BALKAN I” is currently lying and available for inspections in Istanbul – Turkey.

RINA certified* “BALKAN I” was built in 1982 by Cantieri di Pisa in Italy. She was bought by the Government of Bulgaria and used very rarely until she was sold to her second owner in 2007. Instead of renovating, the new owner decided to build her from scratch, using only the hull and partially the superstructure.

The exterior view of the yacht has been changed completely – arranging a swimming platform, changing the shape of the stern and all the windows, new radar arch, new shape of the bulwark, etc. All the equipment is brand new, as well as piping, cables, shaft line and propellers. New and modern architectural design implemented in the saloon, cabins and flybridge using brand new furnitures and electronic equipments.

“Rebuilt over the original hull -which was also modified- made a new vessel with a new design, up-to-date equipment, stylish furniture and zero working hours.”

She had her new name “BALKAN I” when the construction has been finished in August 2009 and registered under the Malta flag. She is not used since then.
